  • 2-3 medium pears (sliced and diced, with the skin)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of raw agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger

  • 2 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • a pinch of salt (just enough to add some depth to the overall flavor)
  • 5-7 medjool dates (pitted)

  • ½ cup of chopped walnuts

Here’s how to prepare it:

Place diced pears into a bowl and sprinkle on agave, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, and salt; cover and give them a toss until the coating looks even. Taste and add more sweetness or spices as deem fit. Put the resulting coated pear into a small decorative bowl or plate.

Next put dates, That’s It. bars, and walnuts into a food processor and blend until the content resembles “crumbs”. Place the crumbles on top of the dessert and serve with fresh juice. Enjoy your serving of delicious with health, minus the sugar, fat, and cholesterol!
