¾ cup GF rolled oats
¼ cup unsweetened coconut
1 Asian pear
1 That’s it. Apple + Mango fruit bar
1 That’s it. Apple + Pear fruit bar
4 medjool dates, pitted
2 Tbsp water or nut milk
Dash of cinnamon
Optional: 3 Tbsp crushed nuts
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Pulse until mixture becomes a granola consistency.
- Optional: dehydrate at 115 for 4-6 hours OR add 3 Tbsp of crushed nuts for an extra crunch
- Store in refrigerator.
